At Pro Breeze, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique RMA number and return label.

  Pack Your Item

  Ensure the product is in its original packaging with all included accessories and manuals to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Attach the provided shipping label securely to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
